Fletcher is a supporting character in the first two installments of the Bad Boys film franchise. He is a recurring character in the television series, LA's Finest.
Fletcher is a hacker-turned-Miami PD technician after he assists Detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett in a high-profile case. He later moved to Los Angeles where he crosses paths with Sydney Burnett. He then returned to Miami where he lived until his murder.

Fletcher is a hacker that Mike and Marcus pull out of custody to hack into former Officer Eddie Dominguez's police database profile. Fletcher takes a while to hack the database, which annoys Marcus. The hacker towers over Marcus, who tells him to hurry it up in exchange for time off his sentence. Because of Fletcher, they learn that the police secretary Francine is Dominguez's former girlfriend.

Eight years later, Fletcher is working for the Miami Police Department as a technician. Marcus and Mike bring Fletcher shredded paper from a suspects house. Mike asks Fletcher to figure out what the papers say and he uses a program to reconfigure an image of a ship.

In 2024, Fletcher is now an artist running his own gallery, his help is enlisted by Mike and Marcus to help them solve a case of the Miami Police Department working with cartels. Before he could tell them outright what to look for, he is fatally shot in the head by James McGrath.
